Qualcosa di Blu will process the data provided voluntarily only for purposes strictly connected and instrumental to the management of the requests of the users concerned and for purposes related to legal obligations. In relation to the aforementioned purposes, we invite you not to indicate sensitive data in your contacts with this website.  Something Blue  declares that the processing of personal data also takes place using manual, IT and telematic tools of third parties, with logic strictly related to the aforementioned purposes and, in any case, in order to guarantee the security and confidentiality of the data. 

Finally, we inform you that art. 7 of Legislative Decree 30/6/2003 n. 196 confers specific rights on the interested party.

In particular, the interested party can obtain from the owner or manager the confirmation of the existence or otherwise of their personal data and that such data be made available to him in an intelligible form. The interested party can also ask to know the origin of the data as well as the logic and purposes on which the treatment is based; to obtain the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of the law as well as the updating, correction or, if there is interest, the integration of data. Finally, you can oppose the processing itself for legitimate reasons.

To exercise the rights provided for in art. 7 of Legislative Decree 196/2003 must write using the contact forms on the site and indicating in the subject "MAKE THE FOLLOWING CHANGES" (detailing them in the body of the email) or "CANCEL ME" (in cases permitted by law).

 

PROCESSING AND DISCLOSURE OF INFORMATION

We want to guarantee all users of the site that the information collected will be processed and disclosed in line with these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy. In addition to considering the provisions of these agreements, we ask that you read the conditions below, which apply to the processing and disclosure of information collected through the site.

 

 

The information provided on the Site will be added to our database. During the data processing, the information may be shared with third party service providers for the purposes indicated in these Terms of Use. Situations where disclosure of information to third parties is possible include:

- when we have received consent to do so;

- in situations where the sharing or disclosure of information is required in order to offer services requested by you;

- when companies or service providers who carry out activities on behalf of  Something Blue requires such information (for example, customer support services, payment processing services, or database management services);

- to meet legal or regulatory requirements or obligations in accordance with applicable law or court order;

- in order to provide information that will allow us to make our services and those of our trusted partners more effective;

- to third parties by any corporate reorganization process, including, but not limited to, mergers, acquisitions and sales of all or substantially all of our businesses; or to protect against possible fraud, we can verify the data collected by the site with third parties.

If the information is shared as stated above, an attempt is made to limit the scope of information that is provided to the amount necessary to perform the specific function. Unless otherwise requested, we try to ensure third parties protect information and comply with applicable privacy laws.
